Bodenschutz auf Linienbaustellen

Im Zuge des Baus von Offshore-Windparks wird eine Vielzahl an Netzanschlüssen benötigt. Der Bau dieser Netzanschlüsse (Erdkabel) erfordert landseitig linienhafte tiefbauliche Eingriffe in den Boden und führt bei unsachgemäßer Ausführung zu schädlichen Bodenveränderungen (dies gilt auch für den Gas- und Freileitungsbau). Zur Gewährleistung des Bodenschutzes auf Linienbaustellen sind aus der Sicht des vorsorgenden Bodenschutzes und der nachfolgenden landwirtschaftlichen Bodennutzung umfangreiche bodenkundliche Voruntersuchungen sowie eine bodenkundliche Baubegleitung erforderlich. Die Einbeziehung von bodenkundlichem Wissen hat zum Ziel, Belange des Bodenschutzes im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme zu bewerten und beratend zur Seite zu stehen, um durch eine Optimierung der Bauabläufe negative Auswirkungen auf das Schutzgut Boden zu minimieren.

In the course of the construction of offshore-wind parks multiple interconnections are required to transport the electric power from sea to land. The construction of these grid connections (underground cables) at onshore-side is carried out by line-like civil engineering, leading to considerable soil damage when carried out inappropriate (that also applies for the construction of gas pipelines and aerial lines). To provide soil protection on these line-like construction sites extensive pedological analyses as well as pedological construction supervision are required from the perspective of a sustainable soil protection and subsequent agricultural soil use. The inclusion of pedological expertise intends to evaluate all soil protection issues within the project and has to assist in a consultative capacity, in order to minimize the negative influences on the soils by optimizing the construction operations.
