DIN 19639 – Bodenschutz bei Planung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben

Die neue DIN zeigt, wie Bodenschutz beim Bauen gelingen kann

Ziel der Erarbeitung von DIN 19639 „Bodenschutz bei Planung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben“ ist es, die Regelungen zum Bodenschutz beim Bauen zu vereinheitlichen. Ein wesentlicher Baustein ist hierbei die Erstellung eines sogenannten „Bodenschutzkonzeptes“ in dem konkrete Maßnahmen beschrieben und in Planunterlagen räumlich verortet werden. Die Bodenkundlichen Baubegleitung (BBB) oder eine andere Fachperson kontrolliert und dokumentiert in der Bauphase die Einhaltung der Maßnahmen des Bodenschutzkonzeptes. Im September 2019 wird die neue DIN-Norm veröffentlicht, so dass Maßnahmen zukünftig einfacher umgesetzt werden können.

The aim of developing DIN 19639 „Soil protection during planning and execution of construction projects“ is to unify the regulations for soil protection in construction projects. An essential point is the creation of the „soil protection concept,“ in which concrete measures must be described and spatially located in plans. Soil specialists for construction support (German: BBB) or another specialist checks and documents compliance with the measures of the soil protection concept during the construction phase. In September 2019, the new DIN standard will be published, so that measures can be implemented more easily in the future.
