Ressourcen im anthropogenen Lager der Bauwirtschaft

Die im urbanen Raum lagernden Ressourcen bilden das anthropogene Lager, aus dem Sekundärrohstoffe gewonnen werden können. Um diese zu nutzen, sind Informationen u. a. über deren Menge, die Zusammensetzung und die voraussichtliche Freisetzung erforderlich. Die Methoden für die Materialbestimmung im Bestand basieren in der Regel auf hierarchischen Clusteranalysen (Top-Down und Bottom-Up). Projekte zur Erhebung des Lagerbestandes zeigen, dass dies vergleichsweise aufwändig ist und aufgrund häufig fehlender Informationen dennoch teilweise große Abweichungen zum Realbestand aufweist. Zukünftig können Geoinformationssysteme die Informationsbeschaffung sowie -verwaltung erleichtern und die notwendigen Auswertungen beschleunigen. Um die Erhebungen nach bestimmten Modellen zu evaluieren, ist der Vergleich zwischen der Mengenprognose und Abrissmenge nötig. Im Vorfeld solcher Erhebungen ist der Zweck der Ermittlung des anthropogenen Lagers klar zu formulieren, da hiervon wichtige Fragestellungen u. a. hinsichtlich der Vorgehensweise abhängig sind.

The resources stored in urban space form the anthropogenic stock from which secondary raw materials can be extracted. In order to benefit from these resources, information on their quantity, composition and likely release, among other things, is required. The methods for material determination in the stock are usually based on hierarchical cluster analyses (top-down and bottom-up). Projects to survey the stock level show that this is comparatively complex and that due to the lack of information, there are still large deviations to the real stock. In the future, geo-information systems will make it easier to obtain and manage information and speed up the necessary evaluations. In order to evaluate the surveys according to certain models, a comparison between the quantity forecast and the demolition quantity is necessary. In the run-up to such surveys, the purpose of determining the anthropogenic stockpile must be clearly formulated, as important questions, among other things with regard to the procedure, depend on this.
